Betalab Ventures - Lead Data Scientist (Remote)

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the development of advanced machine learning models and data-driven solutions that enhance our AI-powered SaaS platforms. As the Lead Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative models that power our products, delivering actionable insights for businesses worldwide. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.

Note: While this is a remote role, candidates must be based in the U.S. due to legal, and operational requirements of our U.S. incorporation.

Responsibilities:• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for various AI-driven products.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform product development and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate machine learning models into scalable SaaS solutions.
• Continuously improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.


Requirements:• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and AI model development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data pipeline tools.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, statistical modeling, and deploying models into production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a remote working environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
